What these numbers mean (and don't)

  • NFC taps — someone physically tapped their phone on a review stand.
  • QR scans — someone scanned the stand's QR code with their camera.
  • A tap or scan means a real person reached the business's Google review page. It is not proof that a review was completed — we count engagement, not reviews, and we never claim otherwise.
  • Automated/bot traffic and rapid double-taps are filtered out of these counts. We store no personal information — IP addresses are hashed and discarded immediately.
